😊 What to expect on the day

We will start the day off with some introductory lectures by our faculty, covering top tips and common scenarios.

You will then be split up into pairs and have around 60 minutes with a tutor in a breakout room where we aim to practice 6 role play scenarios. Please be aware of the timings for your allocated breakout room which will be disseminated by the morning.

There are three different time slots:

• 10:05 - 11:25

• 11:30 - 12:50

• 13:00 - 14:20

Make sure you stay in the main zoom meeting for the duration of the course. You will be sent to your breakout room at your allocated time slot. If we are running slightly behind you will be updated on the zoom chat.
