😊 What to expect on the day

We will start the day off with some introductory lectures by our faculty, covering top tips and common scenarios.

You will then be split up into pairs and have around 45 minutes with a tutor in a breakout room where you will practice role play scenarios. Please be aware of the timings for your allocated breakout room which can be found here.

There are three different times:

• 1130-1215

• 1215-1300

• 1300-1345

Make sure you stay in the main zoom meeting for the duration of the course. You will be sent to your breakout room at your allocated time slot. If we are running slightly behind you will be updated on the zoom chat.

🤓 Zoom etiquette

Please make sure you are engaged and have your cameras turned on at all times, as we find this really helps with engagement. Feel free to ask any questions in the chat or raise your hand when appropriate.
